The Querfeld Bonus Club is an app for the Querfeld family's coffeehouses and restaurants. It allows guests to collect points in the coffeehouses and restaurants and exchange them for rewards.

You can collect points at all Querfeld family businesses, including:

  • Café Landtmann
  • Café Museum
  • Café Mozart
  • Crossfield's Australian Pub
  • Café & Cake Shop Alterlaa
  • Napoleon Inn
  • Landtmann the boathouse

No. Points can only be redeemed on-site at Querfeld family coffeehouses and restaurants.

You collect points by

  1. Scan invoices with the app
  2. Participate in surveys in the app
  3. Participate in challenges in the app
  4. Send app recommendations to friends (More / Invite friends)
  5. Activate push notifications (Points will be sent via push message from time to time)

€ 1 = 1 point (Points above 0.50 are rounded up)

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of scanning.

Invoices can be scanned in the app within 24 hours.

These rewards change every quarter and are often signature dishes from the respective establishments.

Premiums are adjusted quarterly.

Select a reward in the app and redeem it with the on-site staff. Please make sure the selected reward is still available.

When you log in for the first time, you will receive a free standard coffee under 'Rewards', which you can enjoy in any Querfeld family coffee house or restaurant.

Gold Member is an exclusive status for users who have collected 1000 points within 6 months.

Please contact marketing@cafe-wien.com to pre-order your Gold Member welcome gift. This must then be picked up at one of our locations.

No, don't worry! Your total points are continuously counted. So, you can use up points without changing your Gold Member status. You can find your previously collected Gold Member points on the Gold Member page. (More / Gold Member)

You can click on “Forgotten password” under “Login” in the app and request a new one or contact marketing@cafe-wien.at .

In the “Profile” section you can edit your email, name and other information.

No, points are not transferable.

Download the app on the new device and log in with your existing account – your points will remain.
