Landtmann's Sachertorte is our interpretation of the Viennese classic - and ours is even lactose-free. Its simplicity in no way detracts from the taste experience, which is won over by the Lübeck chocolate and the fruity apricot. In Landtmann's fine patisserie, we only use the sunny side of the apricot for the homemade apricot jam. The wonderfully fruity jam is also hidden under the chocolate fondant that covers the cake, perfecting the interplay of bitter sweetness and pleasant acidity.
