and in exchange with doctors, speech therapists and those affected, we have further developed classic cake recipes and made them worry-free for those affected by dysphagia and dementia. In addition to the special taste and appearance, our cakes are also high in calories thanks to their high fat and protein content and help those affected to achieve their desired daily turnover.

Handcrafted in Landtmann's fine patisserie for people with chewing and swallowing difficulties, and at the same time a pleasure for everyone thanks to its appearance, aroma, taste and especially its velvety consistency. A piece of happiness.
Our sponge cake is baked according to a traditional recipe, refined with cream cheese, egg whites and other high-quality ingredients, pureed and technically set. Despite the different composition and recipe, all layers of the cake have the same velvety consistency. This is why they are particularly well tolerated by people with chewing and swallowing difficulties. We deliver the Marvella cakes frozen.
