and in exchange with doctors, speech therapists and those affected, we have further developed classic cake recipes and made them worry-free for those affected by dysphagia and dementia. Our sponge cake is baked according to a traditional recipe, refined with cream cheese, egg whites, and other high-quality ingredients, then pureed and set. Despite the different compositions and recipes, all layers of the cake have the same velvety consistency. This makes them particularly easy to digest for people with chewing and swallowing difficulties. We deliver Marvella cakes frozen. Please allow at least two hours for thawing before consumption.
