Our sponge cake is baked according to a traditional recipe, refined with cream cheese, egg whites, and other high-quality ingredients, then pureed and set using a technical process. Despite the different compositions and recipes, all layers of the cake have the same velvety consistency. This makes them particularly well-tolerated for people with chewing and swallowing difficulties. We deliver the Marvella cakes frozen.
