The combination of fluffy chocolate sponge cake, bitter chocolate mousse and pistachio cream create a perfect taste experience. We use 100% pistachios, which we turn into the cream ourselves and refine with cherry brandy. The cream is then whipped with cream to create an irresistibly delicate mousse. The final touch is a touch of icing sugar and pure cocoa.
