The classic Sacher base of our chestnut and cherry cake provides a bitter, chocolatey contrast to the fine creams that are layered between the chocolate sponge cake. The chestnut cream and cherry mousse form a wonderful combination for all lovers of real cake art. The cake is made with alcohol and is ideal for a winter snack.
